Khan - The Absolute Power
September 24, 2004 04:26 PM
Thanks to JC, been immersed in an MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game… whew) called Khan - The Absolute Power. That’s the Philippine site, the official [english] site can be found here (which has much more information) Pretty interesting game, since it uses a 3D engine unlike the usual “Diablo” style 2D gameplay. It also boasts a great support system (wherein higher level people who form parties with lower level people can benefit more) - this makes the game very newbie friendly. And after 3 days, I’m up to level 21 thanks to various stronger people I’ve partied with. The support system is really felt when you have a 30-level difference. But since it’s a new game here in the country - a lot are in the lvl 20-40 range… and finding someone 30 levels above that is hard to find at the moment. There are probably a handful of people who can help out, problem is when they’re online, and if they aren’t snobs in the first place. But overall, it’s a fun game, if you’re playing with your friends. If not, it can be a pretty frustrating game to play… post updated on July 4, 2006 @ 12:23PM |
YET another MMORPG?
man.... i had a tough enough time quitting from Ragnarok. Im not about to start a new one.
evenn if it looks.... so much.... cooler.
argh! temptation!!!!
Hehehehe, well tell me if you succumb to it, then I'll see you online!
The game can be pretty repetitious if you're simply leveling up... so the company really counts.
Hey dude, I have a 100 installers and 5 posters up for grabs. You want some?
