So we’re in transit to Seattle, and we have a friggin’ 7 hour layover here at Taipei.

Lucky for us, we’re in the Business Lounge, where they have free food, WiFi and a game room full of XBox 360s! I’ll be trying them out in a while.

It’s been a fun travel day all things considered. Mom and I put dad in Business Class because of his condition, and we were in deluxe¹ – and just paid extra to be able to use the Business Class facilities while we wait.

We also put him in a wheelchair just for kicks. He is a senior citizen after all, and while he still can walk, he’s far from being “fit.” It’s amazing the level of “clearance” you get because of that.
